I’ve lived inside burnout, wrestled with my own body, rebuilt myself more than once, and learned that healing never demands perfection. It asks for honesty, tiny moments of nervous system peace, and the courage to begin again even when everything feels heavy.

Bee You, Bee Well was born from that place. A place where compassion outruns pressure, where recovery is slower and kinder than the world expects, and where you don’t have to pretend you’re fine just to be worthy of support.

I’m a trauma-informed health coach who prefers real conversations over polished ones. I help people untangle stress, rewrite the voice in their head, and build lives that don’t require constant survival mode. My work blends nervous system tools, boundary support, emotional safety, and the kind of self-compassion most of us were never taught.

I’m also a mom, a writer, an autoimmune warrior, and a believer that softness is still strength.

What I offer: A 20 day guided journey designed to meet you where you are. You choose one of three themes based on what you're navigating right now, and I hand-select materials from a library of 50+ worksheets tailored to your intake responses. Four bundles over four weeks, each one holding five days of worksheets, journal prompts, science-backed tools, and gentle practices.

The Three Pathways: 20 days of gentle trauma-informed support delivered via email or Remind app, whichever simplifies your journey.

BEE Recovered: For the burnt-out humans who can't just rest, no matter how hard they try. Four weeks of finding your way back to yourself.
BEE Gentle: For the ones whose thoughts are louder than their rest. Learn to quiet the voice that never thinks you're enough.
