Emily’s integrative treatments blend Classical and Traditional Acupuncture with lineage-based Manual Chinese Medicine, rooted in Jin Shou Tuina™—a rare form of Chinese orthopedic massage—combined with Western Craniosacral Therapy.

Sessions may also include cupping or gua sha, heat therapy, herbal therapy, dietary guidance, and therapeutic movement practices (Qigong & Gongfu-based neuromuscular reeducation).

This integrative approach supports a wide range of conditions, including:
– Chronic & acute pain (back, neck, joints, headaches)
– Injury recovery (sprains, strains, concussions, minor fractures)
– Chronic illness (respiratory, digestive, reproductive, autoimmune)
– Mental health support (depression, anxiety, PTSD, insomnia)
– Immune support for acute conditions (cold, flu, allergies)

Each session is tailored to meet the individual where they are, addressing both symptoms and root causes through an embodied and holistic lens.
