I have a great passion for teaching and have wanted to be a teacher since elementary school. I am currently in my last year of college at the University of California, Irvine earning my degree in Educational Sciences and teaching certification. I have worked at at Kumon center for the last six years and after graduation I will be returning as a co owner. I will continue tutoring and substitute teaching on the side.

About Me

I can teach subjects in different ways, so if something isn't clicking, we can try another method! Working at Kumon has given me lots of experience in teaching students of different ages and abilities and has allowed me to master many topics. I enjoy getting to know my students and helping them feel comfortable during our sessions, I believe comfort allows for the best learning. I also make my lessons fun and engaging because I think when a student is interested, they retain more.
