Therapeutic Approach
Are you facing challenges that feel overwhelming? Do you find yourself questioning recurring patterns, searching for deeper meaning, or striving for balance? Aidyl’s approach to therapy is grounded in psychodynamic psychotherapy, offering insight into unconscious processes and how they shape present experiences. Blending humanistic and existential principles, she provides a supportive space for deep self-exploration. She also integrates mindfulness, recognizing the profound connection between mind and body as a key to emotional regulation, stress relief, and personal growth. Her approach fosters a holistic journey of self-awareness, guiding individuals to align their mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
Through personalized therapy sessions, Aidyl works collaboratively with you to bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be—helping you cultivate clarity, resilience, and a deeper sense of self.
