About Me

Welcome! I'm your dedicated private tutor. I have a professional and certified background in working with students who are Deaf and hard of Hearing and DeafPLus. I have been working in education for almost 5 years; strengthening my skills as a tutor and teacher. I am part of several Special Education and LSL programs to enhance my ability to differentiate students academic needs. My love for teaching does not stop in the classroom which is why I have made it my mission to educate all students and parents interested after hours and during summer vacation! I would be able to assist students with homework, IEP goals and organization skills. Being a skilled and certified Special Education teacher I have tons of experience with IEPs and PPT meetings. I can also offer FREE assistance for parents with reading IEPs and preparing for their next PPT meeting.     Parent Consulting
    These are online consult meetings with parents interested in obtaining information on their children's IEP or in preparation for the next PPT meeting.

Recurring sessions

    Online Writing Tutoring
    These online writing tutoring sessions are perfect for young writers trying to organize their thoughts. There is a minimum of two sessions per paper. During the first session, I can assist with organizing thoughts and finding resources for a research paper. In the second session, we can go over all grammar issues. Please provide me with the instructions for your paper and any resources you have already found on your own.

  • Primary and Middle Schoolers Tutoring Sessions
    If your child is seeking assistance in classes such as reading, writing, Social Studies, Science or Math these sessions are a great way to get your child on track for a successful school year. They are an hour long session.
  • Secondary and Post-Secondary Tutoring Sessions
    These tutoring services are for students who are in 9th grade through college courses. Any subject is acceptable for these sessions however if you would like help writing a paper please book through the Online Writing booking section. Those services are cheaper. These sessions are an hour long.
